What exactly does the recipient get?

A real letter in a window envelope: we print your stationery in colour on A4, put a cover sheet with the address in front of it, fold both, add the postage and hand the letter to Deutsche Post.

How much does the letter cost?

A one-page letter in colour costs 2,09 € – printing, envelope and postage within Germany included. With photos or documents added, two to four pages cost 2,69 € to 2,89 €. The amount shown in the form is the total price including VAT.

Can I send photos or documents with it?

Yes. Under “Add photos or documents” you can upload photos (JPG, PNG) or PDFs. Each photo is placed on its own A4 page and printed behind your letter – on ordinary printer paper, not photo paper. The price depends on the number of pages.

Can I write my own text?

Yes. The suggestions are only a starting point – you can change them or replace them entirely with your own words. The text has to fit on one page; if it gets too long, the form tells you. You can sign by typing your name in a decorative script or by drawing with your finger or mouse.

When is the letter sent?

On working days we usually pass paid orders on for dispatch the same or the next working day. After that, delivery time is up to Deutsche Post.

Can I send the letter abroad?

Yes. Simply choose the destination country for the recipient. The surcharge is a flat 3,00 €, whatever the country. The sender address must be in Germany.

How do I pay?

By credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna. Payment is encrypted and handled by Stripe – we do not store any payment details.

What happens to my text and photos?

We process your documents solely for your order. Once it is completed they are deleted automatically – no later than 30 days after dispatch.

Do I need an account or a subscription?

No. No subscription, no sign-up. You pay per letter – and only for what you actually send.

What does it cost?

The price is made up of the base price + print option + delivery option and is calculated automatically in the form. The amount shown is your final total.
